Snow Emergency - Remove Vehicles From Street, Garbage Pickup Potentially Delayed

posted Jan 6, 2014, 11:31 AM by Benjamin Groen   [ updated Jan 6, 2014, 12:00 PM ]

Refuse Collection is being delayed one day on Mon, January 6 to Tues, Jan. 7 due to the weather. Normal schedule the rest of the week, but don't be surprised if we get delayed on Tuesday too.

Also per city of Troy direction, please remove any vehicles from the subdivision streets so that they can be cleared of snow.

Monday, Jan. 6 & Tuesday, Jan. 7 are going to be 0 or below temperatures check your water pipe where it enters your home to make sure that area has heat. You can keep the water running slowly so pipes do not freeze. Usually it takes a few hours of no water use for pipes to freeze.
