About Stoneridge Subdivision

Stoneridge Logo
Stoneridge Subdivision is located in Troy, Michigan and was founded in 1972.  This 386 home neighborhood has an active neighborhood association, many longterm residents, and many residents with a myriad of age ranges.  The sub includes two beautiful, well maintained private parks. In short, Stoneridge is a great place to live and raise a family!

As part of the city of Troy, residents enjoy top ranked schools, beautiful parks, nearby shopping, unparalleled community safety and easy access to almost everything.

The Stoneridge Subdivision Improvement Association has authorized the creation of this site to provide and store information related to the subdivision, the Homeowners Association, and the surrounding area.

All members of the Board are volunteers supporting the Stoneridge Subdivision Improvement Association, Inc. as outlined in the by-laws which should have been provided to each homeowner at closing.  The content in this site is provided as is and does not replace any actual official documents on file with the Oakland County Clerk.

Message from the Webmaster:

"Welcome to the Stoneridge Subdivision website! My intent in creating this website has been to:
  1. Improve transparency between the board and residents.
  2. Help residents get a better understanding of the area
  3. Provide residents with valuable tools and information relevant to living in the sub.
  4. Serve as a forum for feedback, questions, comments and concerns for the subdivision.
I strongly encourage all residents to bookmark this site and frequently visit, view and provide feedback. The website is maintained on a volunteer basis and no resources or compensation is received for work done. As such, I appreciate your patience as I work to continually update and improve the site. I welcome your feedback and hope you enjoy the website. Welcome to the neighborhood!"
