Type your lot number below and use the "Pay Now" button below to pay your dues online. Online payments will incur a $3.22 PayPal processing fee for a total of $78.22. If you need to make a payment for dues from prior years, please email us and we will provide a status letter to let you know the total balance due.

Annual dues for each property are $75.00 and are due on March 1 each year and cover the period from January 1 to December 31. Payments received after March 1 will incur a $25.00 late fee. Payments received after April 1 may result in a lien filed on the property. The homeowner incurs all additional costs associated with liens.

Each homeowner of Stoneridge Subdivision and Stonecrest Subdivision is automatically a member of the HOA called the Stoneridge Homeowners Improvement Association, Inc. As provided in your property deed, dues are required of all members.

Notice about liens

When it comes to selling or refinancing your home, many owners have been surprised to find old liens on their property when trying to close on their mortgage. We urge residents to visit the county website (https://ocmideeds.com/) to check their property for old liens and to resolve them now to avoid the compounding 6% interest charges. The county also has a free property records notification tool that can notify you when there is activity against your property.
